- By Bus: Take Bus 123 and arrive at Beach Station. Transfer to the Sentosa Beach Shuttle and arrive at Siloso Point. From there the museum is just 70 meters away, a min walk.
- By Train: Take the Sentosa Express from Level 3 of Vivocity, and arrive at Beach Station. Transfer to the Sentosa Beach Shuttle and arrive at Siloso Point. From there the museum is just 70 meters away, a min walk.
- By Car: Enter Sentosa via the Sentosa Gateway. At the circle, turn right onto Artillery Avenue and follow the directions towards Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa and Fort Siloso Sky Walk, a 7-minute drive to cover 3.1 km. The entrance to Trick Eye Museum Southside is located just opposite the Fort Siloso Sky Walk.
